I have an Economy Membership and I missed watching the last show - what can I do?
I’ve paid my subscription but I haven’t received my password, so how do I login? Why can’t I login with my password to the Membership site? How do I ask the show host a question during or after the show? If I want to cancel my subscription and request a refund, what do I do? How do I change my password for my Membership login? Q. I have an Economy Membership and I missed watching the last show - what can I do?
A: As an Economy member you have 2 full days to watch the currently published show. Much like a TV show, if you miss it watching a TV broadcast there is not much you can do about it. However, in our case, if you have missed a show, we have made arrangements for members to be able to view them after the fact. All you need to do is to go over to the Pay-per-View section of our site (see the top menu), select your channel and click the link of the show title that you missed (or would like to see again) and pay to watch the missed show. For members who feel they may miss shows, we have specially created 2 other categories of memberships - Value and Gold, and we would highly recommend that you sign up for one of those, since they cost very slightly more than the Economy category. We do have to charge a little more for these categories since it involves a lot more work for us to maintain such listings.
Q: I’ve paid my subscription but I haven’t received my password, so how do I login? A: This is the most common problem we face and it’s all to do with JUNK and SPAM filters on your email service provider. If your email address is handled by Gmail, Yahoo or Xtra etc., it’s very unlikely that you will be able to receive our automated emails like the one that’s been sent to you already with your password. Your service provider has judged this email as either JUNK or SPAM, and if you login to your Webmail account, you will find the email there. So you need to whitelist our email addresses (add us to your address book). Please note: this has to be done in your Webmail account and cannot be done using a desktop application like Outlook. To put us in your Webmail contacts you may contact your Internet Service Provider for instructions.
Q: Why can’t I login with my password to the Membership site? Answer 1: You’ve typed in your logins incorrectly. Please enter them again carefully (this is the problem 90% of the time). Answer 2: You’ve been locked out for some reason. **For security reasons your account may be frozen and possibly terminated if the system detects logins from too many different IP addresses (different computers). So keep it safe!** The Membership site is for your own personal use so please don’t share your login information with anyone. Answer 3: If you can’t login and you’re getting this message: “Sorry, you do not have access to this content. If you are a free member, then click here to purchase access. -OR- You’re seeing this message because this content is not yet available to you (or has already expired)“, it means your membership has expired and you need to purchase another month’s membership from ClickBank. Click here to extend your membership. .TOP
Q: How do I ask the show host a question during or after the show? A: Use the form that is below every video screen. Make sure you enter your details correctly or your question may not be answered. The Show Host or Guest will only answer questions on the same topic that was being shown. You can also visit the Host's website or Blog and post your question there, or if they have made their email or phone number available, you may use those to contact them directly.
Q: If I want to cancel my subscription and request a refund, what do I do? A: Cancelling your membership is easy - you simply cancel by logging in to your member area and clicking on the Cancel link. Once you cancel, you will not have any further access to your members area using your old login and if you wish to rejoin, you will have to register again with another subscription. Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund for this program since, much like your Cable TV bill, there is no way for us to recover our show information from you once you have seen the shows.
Q: How do I change my password for my Membership login? A: You can update and change your profile any time by logging in and going to the My Account page. There you can enter your new password in the profile area. Re-enter it and click ‘Update’. That’s it, you’re done! Please write it down somewhere safe. .TOP
Q: What if I’ve lost my password? A: You will find Forgot Your Password?' and 'Forgot Your username' links below the login fields. Click the link and enter the email address you originally signed up with and the Login details will then be emailed to you. .TOP
Q: How do I login to the Membership site in future? A: You can log onto the site anytime by going to www.myinfowebtv.com and clicking on the Member Login' button on the top right. .TOP
Q: Why am I receiving emails from MyInfoWebTV once I’ve signed up? A: The site is continually being updated with new shows for you to watch and the emails are simply notifications to you that a new show has become available for your membership level. .TOP
Q: Can I unsubscribe from emails from MyInfoWebTV? A: You do not want to unsubscribe ever! If you do, you will miss all the New Show notifications that you are entitled to receiving. We will not be sending you any other emails.
Q: Why are the videos taking a while to play? A: The pause before any video starts playing is called buffering and will vary according to the speed of your own Internet service provider, your geographical location and the amount of internet traffic at that time of day. MyInfoWebTV's website is optimized for the fastest possible download speeds, so bear this in mind if you encounter any sluggish periods. .TOP
